All payments are made instantly upon completion of the pickup, either in cash, UPI, or digital wallet, depending on user preference and availability.

By booking a pickup, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized person to dispose of the materials. ScrapKart does not accept stolen, hazardous, or illegal items. You must also ensure that the scrap is dry, accessible, and safe for our team to handle. If our team deems the material unfit or the pickup location unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

We make every effort to ensure transparent and fair pricing, but rates may vary depending on scrap type, weight, quality, and location. The final amount is decided after on-site inspection and digital weighing. If the customer disagrees with the price, they may cancel the pickup before payment is made. However, once payment is completed and scrap is collected, no refunds or reversals will be issued.

All users must provide accurate contact details, address, and pickup instructions. Any misrepresentation or misuse of the platform may result in service denial or account suspension. We may also contact users by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm bookings or provide updates.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service or pricing without prior notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated terms.

ScrapKart is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to unforeseen events like weather, traffic, strikes, or other force majeure situations. In case of such delays, users will be notified and rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
